* Promote Canada's second 'Official Clothing-Optional' nudist beach in Toronto. This beach is similar to Wreck Beach at UBC, Vancouver, BC.
* Create a friendly club-like atmosphere where strangers are treated like friends and bring back the idea of hospitality which we have lost because of living in the 'big' city.
* Create club-like activities at the beach organized by members of the HBN. Each member, who has an interest in social/recreational activities, could co-ordinate one activity per year, assisted by HBN members who have an interest in the activity.
* Create a sex-free zone for all areas of Hanlan's Point. This would be done by calling our friends at the Marine Police station 416-808-5700 and reporting those beach users who do not refrain from 'inappropriate behavior'. Every beach user should feel the responsibity to create a relaxing and 'safe' beach for families, couples and singles. Most people respect others and use common sense, others respond to the educational flyer "Free Beach Etiquette', and finally, the odd one, whose conduct threatens their 'CO' designation, must be reported. You can now report people filming beach users without their permission. People who insist on crowding you can also be reported.
